Job Description:
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Prepare on-boarding materials and coordinate orientation sessions for new hires. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and processed for new employees.
Create new employee profiles and provide initial training on company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job history, attendance, promotion, leaves and termination. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
Assist in the preparation of employment documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures and address employee related issues such as harassment allegations and work complaints.
Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrolment and changes. Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment verification and status changes.
Monitor and track employee attendance and leave requests. Assist in coordinating the performance review process, including scheduling meetings and distributing evaluation forms.
Help track and document performance improvement plans and development goals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, such as headcount and turnover rates. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and setup.
